POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are currently seeking an individual with previous ECM domain experience to fill the role of Recruiting Engagement Manager. In this role, you will be introduced to existing clients to help define their hiring needs and source compatible candidates. A happy REM will enjoy conversation, networking, and internet research. They will utilize their industry background and relationships, in addition to established company databases, tools and industry associations as a means of sourcing candidates. A successful REM will also have the necessary organization and communications skills to facilitate the interview process from start to finish while carefully managing expectations between candidates and hiring managers. The REM will work closely with the Account Development Manager to ensure the alignment of client expectations and appropriate candidate submittals. Our compensation plan is based on 100% commission. We expect a person in this position to close 12 positions in their first year. Net earnings are expected to range from $66K to $132K.
