WordPress Developer for Premium Theme Building

Budget: $1,000 to $2,500

I'm a front-end web designer in Southern California who is starting a focused, industry-specific, premium WordPress theme shop. I'd like to work with a PHP developer who has some heavy WordPress experience. That means you have done the following:

1. Hand-coded WordPress themes from scratch
2. Built a theme options page complete with color pickers, widget options, and all sorts of conditionals
3. Figured out how to handle plugin customization to bundle plugins with a theme
4. Developed your own plugin
5. Developed your own custom post types
6. Your code validates and you use HTML5 / CSS3 as much as possible
7. You have css-tricks.com and smashingmagazine.com in your rss reader, and maybe follow the WP Trac

Ideally, a partnership of some kind would be best, but I'm open to project-based or hourly compensation as well. If you're interested in ongoing work, please reply with the following:

1. Your website and hourly/project rate
2. Your experience with WordPress - please be detailed with this
3. Your current work situation and what you would like to move towards
4. Where you live - face to face meetings will be rare, but I'd rather have the option if needed
