Developer needed for dating site (

I'm looking for someone who knows the Dolphin platform really well, I have a client that needs some add-on work done ASAP. Most of the add-ons can use some of the code already in use by the system we just have to edit it.
Here is a list of what needs to be done:
1. RSVP System2. Store To Buy More RSVP's 3. Each new paying member will be given (4) RSVP's when they sign up4. When searching for members you can add member to your Favorites5. Invite System - User can only invite members who are in there (Favorites) to a event
The dating site is both (Online) and (Offline) So a member can use one of there (4) RSVP's to invite another member from there (Favorites) to a (Offline) event that will take place an a location set by the admin of the website.
The admin of the website and set how many people can join the event, so if he sets 40 people to join then only 40 people can send the RSVP invites out.
If a event is created on the site then posted on the events page everyone can have a chance to go, but the people who act the fastest wins. (Almost like buying tickets online if you wait to long they maybe sold out)
If a user send another user a RSVP to a event and that user accepts the RSVP, then both users will have a RSVP taken from them leaving the both with only (3) each now, remember they started with (4) when they became a paying member.
There will be a store where they can but more RSVPs and that will be credited to there account.
