We are currently using the program ZopIm.com. They are very pricey and have had many people tell us they would love to see a competitor. We are in the market of creating a similar script, but the big difference would be this script needs to be html5/javascript/css driven. NOT FLASH! The web site has a free user package so you can go on and see what we would like to see in the script. Please contact us with a quote, we are unsure how much this kind of script would cost.
