Freelance Designer/Developer for Interactive Magazine

We got an ambitious little project we want to try and develop in HTML 5. We want to launch a game changing interactive magazine. What we envision would normally be done in Flash but we want to make a statement with the html version. Plus, we adore our iPad readers and don't want to leave them out.
Looking for someone skilled in design and development who can create ill layouts and effects that make you say whoa! If you are a master of only one of the skills, apply anyway if you're that fresh.
