Custom Wordpress Plugin

My company need a custom wordpress plugin written.

The site is www.lovelylittleones.com.

You'll see on the site there's a pregnancy tracker at the top of each page which links to pages in wordpress e.g. http://www.lovelylittleones.com/pregnancy-tracker/week-2-pregnancy-first-trimester

Basically we want to create a newsletter which people can sign up for, choose their current week in the pregnancy tracker - e.g. week 4, then they should receive the content of each page in the tracker each week. So if they start off in week 3, then the following monday they'll recieve the content of week 4 automatically in their inbox and so on until all of the pages in the pregnancy tracker have been emailed over.

They'll need a link to unsubscribe etc too.

We're happy for a new plugin to be written or an existing plugin to be customized.
