We are looking for a developer that can implement private flash sales functionality like in Magento enterprise edition in CS-Cart

We need to be able to create member-only sales by giving selected customer groups access to special events.- Same features as the Private Sales Module in the Magento Enterprise version.

- Countdown Sales Module and Ability to Schedule Events.
- Secured, invitation-only access to sales events
- Friend referral and reward tracking (already an extension in both Magento refer a fried and private sale extensions
- Shopping cart item placement timer
