Hi, we are building a social network for legal professionals. We would like to hire a designer to do the front end work. We would like a design like angel.co

You must know html & css inside out and knowing javascript will be a big plus. We are using CakePHP for the backend so if you are familiar with it that would also be good, but otherwise it doesn't matter as we can integrate your html/css ourselves.
