We are a small webdesign and branding firm (Designers) mostly serving local clients from Mexico & US. We are looking for a web developer who we can partner with to outsource the "coding" part of our projects.
We will be sending you a static navigation of the websites (e.g. http://bit.ly/vRXNo4) and your work would be from that point until setting the websites up-&-running.
This individual (yes, I'm only looking for individuals) must have the following skillset:

Must be very VERY FORMAL on timelines (we hate to lie to our customers)
Must be an expert on xhtml/css/javascript/php/jQuery/Ajax
Implementation of PSDs into WordPress or Joomla CMS templates
Reliable, i.e. reasonable timelines with daily communication.

Basically I need someone to bring my UX concepts alive =)
