Freelance UX/UI designer for wireframes

Budget: $100 to $500

Hello!
I have a couple of ideas for some web apps I would like developed.  I'm looking for someone to design the wireframes for me. I would like them created using one of these frameworks:

http://foundation.zurb.com/

Just to be clear, this is not a programming job. You will be creating wireframes using html/css and the above frameworks, but they will be completely static - no interactivity except being able to click through the pages in a browser and whatever javascript functionality those frameworks provide.

I will describe in detail the functionality of the web apps and the content required on each page, and I would like you to create the static prototype using bootstrap or zurb foundation.  You will obviously need good knowledge of html/css and  experience with UX/UI.  Ideally, I'm looking for someone who has designed web applications before (not just static sites).

The first web app is a funding site for academic research
The second is best described as github for musicians.

Both sites have less than 10 pages. The budget is $250 per site.Please include links to examples of past work if you get in touch.
