Freelance AS3 / Flash developer

Budget: $2,500 to $5,000

We're looking for a freelance ActionScript3 developer, to work at least 15 hours a week. Time horizon: 3 months to start with.
If we work together well, this could be a long-tem opportunity with a challenging & innovative project.

What we are looking for is:

The technical skill side -
* Complete comfort developing in ActionScript3, we don't necessarily need a guru (though that would be nice), someone mid to advanced intermediate with a desire for a challenge
* Experience working with ZendAMF for RPC to the back-end helpful
* Knowledge of JavaScript and/or PHP a plus, but also not required.

And - on the soft skill side -
* Comfortable to communicate in English
* A good team player. Working together should be fun.

About us:
We're a social media start-up, located in Prague & Munich. We're about 50% through on our way to a public beta and now need to reinforce the UI front.
