Freelance Flash Banner Ad Designer (photoshop/flash)

We are looking for flash designer (remote) to design flash banner advertisement on daily basis. We need banners in only two sizes 160×600 and 728×90. We will provide clients instructions with content (text, photo, logo) and are willing to pay per size.
YOU ARE: • Excellent with AD layout design • Good with Flash basic keyframe animation + filter effects (CS3) • Fast with basic Photoshop (background erasing, saving lightweight transparent files) • Also have – Understanding of sales pitch and clients instructions
YOU HAVE: • Commercial experience in Flash/Photoshop • Experience working remotely
We are a team of designer/dev located at India (GMT +5:30), but this is a REMOTE job.
