Looking for professional freelance developers

Due to ongoing growth in our business, we are looking for two freelance developers that real understand what it takes to build great software.
1. Front end developer. We will need you to work from finished Illustrator or Photoshop artwork and develop engaging web experiences for our clients sites. You will already be full proficient and Javascript. We have standardized on the JQuery framework so experience with it would be beneficial.
2. Back end developer. We work in PHP mainly to MySQL, and are starting to move towards CAKEphp. You will have a software development background with an understanding of agile software development methods.
