Is Vivanista for you? We’re a small group of fun, highly-motivated individuals. We’re located in the heart of San Francisco in an office with another fast track start-up. We are currently working with a group of remote developers/designers and are looking to bring someone in-house. You’ll have the chance to work with a growing startup that is about to launch a beta web application.

If you’re eager to do it all, Vivanista is the place for you. We’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, developer/architect to help us build and improve our website. You’ll need to be able to work in a team environment to rapidly fine tune existing features as well as build out new features. Flexibility and a sense of humor will go along way!

Requirements: • 2-5 years of development experience in LAMP and Ruby on Rails. • Solid understanding of architecture- we’re young and need to plan for the future. • Excellent knowledge of: HTML, CSS, and Javascript

Bonus:

• System administration experience • Excellent communication skills and passion for technology • Ability to optimize software for speed and performance • Scaling and distributed experience • Experience with source control (SUN specifically)
