Budget: $100 to $500

We're creating an app that requires emoticons with different emotions and facial expressions. We'll need about 10-15 in total. If we like your work, we're going to need you on a regular basis to create other sets for us but with different themes. (maybe animals, different colors, male-female, etc) But for now we need a generic set of emoticons to launch.
