Budget: Less than $100

Looking for a good flash designer to design an interactive map which will be used to redirect site visitors to their respective region and zone's page. It should be similar and much better to the one on this site:
http://www.cineworld.co.uk/cinemas

The political map of Ghana would be used with it's 10 regions. After a visitor select's the desire region, he/she would be asked to select the desired zone to be redirected to. Having a "Remember My Location" check box which will be used to remember previous selection will be a plus.
