Senior Flash Developer

Budget: $2,500 to $5,000

Freelance position

We are looking for Senior Flash Developer to join our developers on daily-basics. So this is long term position.
Please apply only if: you have:

• +4 years at leasts
• worked on very big scaled projects with flash;
• you are self motivated and passionate to do the best you can;

What you must be familiar with before applying to this position:

• Flash IDE, (CS5, not lower)
• GreenSock Tweening Engine - TweenLight
• SVN
• XML, parsing data
• You have no less but excellent technical skills with AS3
• SWC components;
• creating flash components from psd designs;
  

Plus is:

• Live experience with WoWza
• Knowledge how to optimize flash applications

What is your duties and responsibilities:

• work on fixed time for 8 h per day, 5 days per week; (Starting from 7:00 GMT +0 with one 1 lunch break)
  
• work on actionscript projects - develop and support;
  
• submit daily reports about your work;
• be a good team member, non-team payer is not for our team;
  

Before you start, please note that when you start you will be 2 weeks on trial, that we will decide if you are perfect for us or not. The idea is to find the right candidate.  If you manage and all goes well during this period salary will be at its full - 5000$. Projects that you will work on is more then 120 000 lines of code.
