I’m in the market to team up with some talented flash developer(s) in the New York City. I am looking for individuals, not companies. I’d consider a couple of people looking to disband from their current employers, but ultimately people who have fairly open schedules.

It would be great if you were flashden members and had work for sale that I could take a look at. Or simply send me a link to your work. You can drop some info about rates and/or salary requirements.

This is not for a specific job in particular. It can potentially be for one of the following:

I have a lot of work coming in and am looking to establish a lasting relationship with people who are passionate about flash and just as talented.

or… I am about to become responsible for hiring a new team at an establish NYC agency (job in the works and will be disclosed if it pans out)...

I am looking for fun, talented, inspiring, but most of all RESPONSIBLE people. Just get me stuff when you say you will. I don’t care if you do it at night or work on five other jobs at once. I trust you to plan your work schedule with timelines in mind.
