Icon Designer - Black/white Safari Style

I need some icons to supplement an existing stock icon set for a new web-based application. We’re using the UI Candy set (uicandy.net), which is very similar to the Safari toolbar style. However, we need 5 additional icons that aren’t covered in that set right now. Down the road, we’ll likely need more.
You’ll be expected to match the style of the stock icon set; we’re not looking for amazing creativity, just great execution. You’ll have input on what icon will best represent different concepts.
Deliverables will be 16px black icons in PSD format, suitable for recoloring and export with transparency.
