We have an excellent opportunity for a qualified and talented Web Designer and Graphic Arts Specialist to be involved in a cutting-edge entertainment company with a fun and casual yet professional atmosphere.

Immergent in West Los Angeles has an immediate opening for a Web Designer -Graphic Specialist who will act as a point person for the visual presentation of all music and entertainment marketing tools, online templates and web materials, cover art, and anything else web or graphic-related. Strong knowledge of current graphic platforms and web-based programs is essential. Must be an organized multi-tasker able to juggle multiple projects for multiple people and be able to work in a highly collaborative open and creative environment as a team player and be able to give input from conception to completion.

Duties: • Working within a team environment, candidate will create and lead the visual representation of all company web assets including company site, b2b, social networking & related marketing sites, and online store pages. Must be able to understand and preferably write needed code to change out pages as needed. Also works with team to develop graphic tools including but limited to: o CD cover art o CD inserts and booklets o POP materials (postcards, posters, flyers, etc) o Solicitation one sheets o Presentation materials o Web templates o E-mail blasts o Web Banners o Packaging prototypes o Videos

Skills/Requirements: 1. Minimum 1-3 years in network’s graphics department or in design house working on product and marketing design 2. Expert in current graphics platforms including Quark, Flash, Photoshop and Illustrator. 3. Knowledge of HTML, PHP, Flash, Dreamweaver and all web-related design programs 4. Background in Special FX and FinalCut Pro a plus 5. Background in Animation a plus 6. Superb communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Must be detail-oriented & highly organized 8. Must be able to work on and manage multiple projects at the same time and manage deadlines. 9. Represent the company at public functions, trade shows, conferences, and events when necessary 10. Establish and maintain a consistent, exciting, energized, verbal and visual personality when communicating with those inside and outside the company
