The ability to function in a fast paced deadline driven environment. Experience working with or for an advertising or digital communications agency is a must, as is contemporary design sensibility (color, form, typography & layout). Although this is currently a freelance role we will be looking to appoint someone on a full-time basis in the very near future. Job Function • Responsible for design, execution and production of various flash projects • Works closely with agency’s Creative Director to develop creative concepts • Works closely with design team to produce collaborative works • Manages time spent to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget • Works closely with Account team to manage client expectations

Candidate Requirements You are quick, accurate, stress tolerant, a problem solver with good communication skills and a strong understanding of graphic design, animation and motion graphics. • 3-5 years Flash development experience with emphasis on motion design • Must be proficient in design software such as: • Macromedia Flash design • Photoshop • Illustrator • Macromedia Dreamweaver • Macromedia Director • Experience with 2D, 3D, audio and video software tools • Strong Action Scripting skills
