Budget: Don't Know

Hello, We are preparing to launch a site for a large client and are looking for someone to help re-factor some inline CSS into the CSS style sheet and improve page level cross browser compatibility. The site design has been converted from PSD to XHTML/CSS by psd2html.com. All master pages are complete, individual pages contain inline styles that need to be removed, cleaned up and moved into the style sheet. There are roughly 40 to 45 pages all of which are complete with content. The right candidate will have a proven understanding of CSS techniques and best practices, pay rate is 18$ to 25$ an hour depending on experience. Although it is an ASP.NET application no Visual Studio experience is required, but it would help. Thanks!
