PHP Programmer to Partner on Upcoming Projects

I'm seeking a potential partnership with a php programmer on a few upcoming projects. Immediate projects include development on a couple of business related applications for a client that may include such features as content/article management, multi-level user capabilities, shopping carts, equipment reservation, business directories, etc. If you're interested in the programming side of projects such as these, please send me details about you - a web site, portfolio of projects you've worked on, your hourly rate or general pricing for projects, other areas of expertise, etc. as well as some details about your experience as a programmer. As of now, this will not be steady or full-time work, but will include multiple projects over the coming months. Must be able to get along well with a designer (me), meet deadlines or at least be honest in advance about time requirements, and must be committed to clean, standards-compliance in development.
