ASP.NET E-commerce Developer

MerchNow, LLC, a medium sized e-commerce company (50+ employees) based in Albany, NY, is seeking a freelance web developer for contract work on our Microsoft ASP.NET based store: http://www.merchnow.com The goal of this particular job is to extend our current system to support digital sales of media files (MP3, ZIP, MOV, PDF, etc). We'd like the web interface to hook into Amazon S3 for file storage, and interact with our Microsoft Dynamics (formerly Great Plains) database for accounting. The result of this job could lead into continuing development with MerchNow.com, as we are an ever-expanding company with new ideas and goals to further our industry. We're looking for a very motivated and friendly individual who is comfortable working with strict deadlines. - Expert knowledge of ASP.NET framework and Object Oriented Programming
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (formerly Microsoft Great Plains)
- Comfortable working with complex databases
- XHTML, CSS, AJAX experience
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be available between hours of 9:00am and 6:00pm EST
- Must be fluent English speaker
- Must have appropriate references
- Extensive knowledge of the Internet and the World Wide Web
- Strong organizational skills
