Need basic Flash "micro" site for media kit

I need a flash site that will exhibit various advertisement banner locations using simple Flash effects.
As an example of how this should work, when the user mouses-over the word “skyscraper”, the skyscraper banner location of the website screenshot is highlighted, along with an information box that gives advertising rates for that particular ad location. When user moves his mouse off of the word, the highlighting goes away.
The user can also choose amongst 3 different websites along the top. Clicking on a different website will change the website screenshot.
