Freelance Flash game developers needed to code mini-games to be contained in a larger application. Candidates will be hired on a contractual, per-game project basis. Location is not a concern – remote work is possible. Working during evenings and weekends is acceptable as long as candidates are available for scheduled phone meetings on some weekdays. We are flexible and easy to work with and we offer a great team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Code mini-games using ActionScript 3.0
- Work with other developers to integrate code communicating between mini-game and main application
Required skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Flash development, 5 years preferred
- Strong ActionScript 3.0 coding ability that can be applied to a variety of game types
- Working experience developing games in Flash CS3, with portfolio and sample code to show
- Experience coding in a team environment, especially using Subversion or other similar version control system
- Proactive mindset and passion for games – we want dedicated team members who want to make a great product
