I currently manage an ever growing css design gallery. It is in need of a complete overhaul in terms of its design. It is currently managed purely through PHP although i would like to perhaps talk of having it moved to wordpress to be managed much more easily.
So basically i need someone who can undertake the design and build of this. I am a freelance web designer but my time is very limited for personal projects so i am looking for someone with the following:
- A quality design portfolio
- Experience in working with PHP and Wordpress
- An excellent css/xhtml coder
