Freelance animator needed for motion 2-D animation project

Budget: $500 to $1,000

We develop captivating video for the technology market. We help our clients demonstrate their solutions more easily.  Our productions are used on websites, during sales presentations, and at industry events to educate a marketplace and build more demand for our clients.  Our goal is to develop long term mutually beneficial partnerships with everyone we work with.  
The project is to create a videos of about 2 minute in length a 2-D black and white sketched style.  

We would provide :voice over, finished script and logos/screen shot examples, project assets and additional company/product information    We would look to you for: a storyboard with a short clip(mood board) and all animations   In order to see if you are a fit for this project or any further projects we need some additional information from you.  What would your estimated total project cost be? What would your turn around time be on this project?
