Job Details

Us- We have a client that needs something that we’re not comfortable delivering in a reasonable time frame. We utilize Joomla! for a lot of our sites because the CMS makes for easy client management when we’re done but this client needs something specific.

Project- They need a carfax type system for landlords to check tenants. Landlords complete a form, they are then able to put in tenant information, how they treated the property, did they pay on time, etc. then the next landlord can search and see the tenant’s background. This will be a paid service so that must be taken into account (maybe could just use an existing cart component for subscription then access when paid).

Budget and Specifics- This project has NOT been contracted yet, I am just wanting to make sure there is someone out there that can do it inside of a month. My budget will be absolutely no more than $950. Use standard Joomla! style sheets so it will be compatible with what we design. Must be available on Instant Messaging (doesn’t matter which system). We will retain all rights to the code once written and will not allow it to be resold. No encrypted code.
