FIRST A with announcements sorted by categories, subcategories, subsubcategories, user accounts (will contribute to generate and personalise the announcement’s link) with initial value of credit points 0 and with online payment methods (PayPal, Moneybookers and direct 3DSecure).

After one user pays in advance to buy credit points, will receive by mail instantly the invoice for publicity as a printable pdf (securised, just for print and read) and can publish an announcement that will be approved by an Administrator. When the announcement is approved the credit points will be less with 1unit and the announcement is instant posted on the web. 1unit credit point must keep his announcement on web for a fixed time: 1week, 2weeks, 1month, 6months or 1year.

The announcement will contain: -Announcement title (will contribute to generate the announcement’s link); -Company name/Person name visible or not (on web); -User website link or user link from his website(will be kept in database if the user want to promote more websites/links – any site added will contribute to form the link of the announcement and will cost 1credit point); -Keywords for website/link or for announcement (minim 1keyword, maxim 999, cannouncement’t be the same and reflect in the linkname of the announcement and into it’s meta tags, any keyword cost 1credit point); -The announcement description (minim and maxim of characters for a meta tag description).

The administration console must contain modules: -Meniu editor module categories, subcategories, subsubcategories -Payment module for 3DSecure; -Credit points module establish the money value for 1credit point,the time to keep alive on web the announcements,creating offers; -Announcement administration module view, edit, approve or reject announcements (with email message); -History module with the history of all changes of all data from user account registration form excepting the username, by date of the announcement and with history for each user account (user payments, user account moduleification, user announcements); SECOND (continuing modules) -Creation module will add through a form the new domain names where the announcements will appear and will create automatic the new announcements database named like domain name; -Brain module view and emergency update of all approved announcements from into all where will be automatic written into each database the announcements and all elements for the same looking; THIRD (continuing modules) -Language module for adding and edit all the texts from the all websites (including menu text, links, directories etc.); it must have for any language a button for update on all the sites FOURTH (continuing modules) -Advertising module add pictures for standard bannouncementers, linking etc.

Note: this project will be hosted on different servers but must work for the begining with only one server, so you must reffer to the domain names, username and password to could write into the databse.

Web design must be charming and user friendly. .htaccess – RewriteOn structure like this: $host/language-category-subcategory-subsubcategory/title-of-anounce (maximum lenght allowed without 10characters kept for username)-username.html

Mails must be sent with cronjob, full update automatic daily at fixed time, doctype xhtml1.0 Transitional with full CSS, root element html, encoding UTF-8, tested on many browsers and w3.org agreed on xhtml and CSS, complete title/alt/style etc., dynamic meta tags, clear php code optimised with comments (not allowed CMS, table structure etc.), optimised MySQL database for a fast access, contract for exclusivity and copyrights legalised in english by a local public notary indicated by us.
