Marketing Director for top personal finance blog

Ambitious Marketing & Community Director needed for Wise Bread. Wise Bread is part of the Killer Aces Media blog network, a fast-growing company with plenty of opportunities for promotions.

Position offers great pay and networking opportunities. You will be building upon our existing popularity (we get plenty of mentions from top blogs and mainstream media). This is your chance to put your personal stamp on a top online property.

QUALIFICATIONS

—Solid experience blogging/marketing for a successful website.

—This is a telecommuting position. Please be reachable via Skype or chat.

—Ability to work independently with little instruction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be in charge of increasing quality traffic and growing our community. Examples of your responsibilities include:

—Develop and implement marketing campaigns.

—Build relationships with top bloggers and the media.

—Interact with readers via e-mail and the forum.

—Write press releases, site copy, roundup posts, etc.

—Carry out special projects as assigned.

COMPENSATION

—$800 guaranteed base pay a month.

—Unlimited traffic-based performance bonus. At least $1 (or more DOE) per thousand impressions above our existing traffic levels.

—80 hours per month required. You set your own schedule but we need roughly 20 hours commitment per week.

—May consider shorter hours, higher base pay, or larger bonuses if you are extremely efficient/effective.
