I need a flash animation for a website I am designing for a new restaurant and wine bar.

General Description: A line drawing of the outside of the building that is looks it was being drawn from scratch right before your eyes. It would show the outline and most of the main architectural details. Then after the building is drawn, it would fade into the actual photograph of the building. Then in some fashion, the lower level would be highlighted and a label appear for “Enter Restaurant” and then the upper level would be highlighted and a label appear for “Enter Wine Bar”. Visitors could then click on one and it link to that particular .html page that I will provide the URL for (and with some mouseover effect to help visitors understand they can click on either section).

The building photo: http://brownadvertising.com/21andMain.jpg

An example I found that is similar to what I have in mind, but I would like it to be more detailed and look more like there was a method to it being drawn (like outline of building, then door and front windows, then upper windows, then architectural details filling in, then, etc. until complete, then fade to photo, etc. — you get the picture): http://pigalleboston.com/

Budget: $150; with (2) rounds of revisions / turnaround approx. 1 week
