They came to Playlab asking about dating site with professional design quality. I combined functionality and elegance to our client’s full satisfaction, at the same time making this quality still very affordable.
This site has been developed entirely with Wordpress. I worked on the concept, customized the graphic style and the usability. The structure of the site is mainly on twelve templates and was accomplished by the default Wordpress theme (Kubrick). I've used two instance of WordPress to build the whole site: one for the Corporate Site and the second for the Blog, both run in a separate ways.
At the top of the homepage, for the dynamic slideshow, I used a pre-existing Javascript tool "jQuery Cycle Plugin" and at the bottom of the page includes the last three blog posts that are added via rss using SimplePie class. -
