I created a subscription, but my account is still the same, what do I do?
Every now and then PayPal takes a little while to get back to the system, if nothing has changed after 20 minutes, contact us for support.
I've created an advert but want to take it down / change it
You can modify and delete your job adverts by logging in and clicking on "Your Account"
If I am unhappy can I get a refund?
We don't offer refunds, but you can cancel your subscription at any time. You will have access for the remainder of the month. Please let us know if there's something we can improve.
